Longball Cellars from Charity Wines
Objective: After success in the Boston market with Red Sox wines in the summer of 2007, Charity Wines expanded to Atlanta where they partnered with players on the Atlanta Braves to raise money for charity.
Result: Chipper Jones, Brian McCann and Tom Glavine joined other wine baseball icons in an effort that will raise money for charity through wine sales and sales of the original illustration used for the labels by artist Lauren Lynn Creedon. Wine is being distributed across Georgia stores and restaurants beginning May, 2007. Expected retail is about $13.
100% of all player proceeds go directly to the charity of the player’s choice.
