no dave winfield vs. the seagull?

How about Milton Bradley blowing out his knee while being restrained from going after an umpire by the first base coach last year

I’m proud to say that I feel a connection to this list. The catcher from my high school baseball team was the only other player suspended during Offerman’s tirade.  Jared Price, stay on the bench!!!!

Good list, but it’s missing Phillies fans throwing batteries at JD Drew. It’s also missing the infamous Disco Demolition Night in Chicago where the fans tore apart Comiskey Park after the game.

Pierzynski’s brilliant dash to first was NOT in the 2005 World Series - it was in Game 2 of the ALCS.  Let’s not make this fish story bigger than it needs to be.

how about steve lyons pulling his pants down at first base during a red sox game?

How about A-Rod’s slap while running to first? Or his yelp to cause an error en route in 3rd?

George

It’s also missing Randy Johnson’s bird explosion incident.

How about the time the Royals’ Tom Gamboa was attacked on the field by father and son White Sox fans at U.S. Cellular Field?

Or the time a White Sox fan attacked umpire Laz Diaz at U.S. Cellular Field?

Uhhh fellas.....Rnady Johnson’s #9 and Tom Gamboa’s #4. Get to the bottom of the list first before speaking!! Ha!!

What about Lloyd McClendon litereally stealing first base as he walked off the field after a tirade????  Not only strange but funny, but I guess Pittsburgh doesn’t have a baseball team anyways....

How about Manny high-fiveing the fan and then doubling up the runner?

Joe Mikulik is the manager for the Asheville Tourists, or was at the time of his tirade… no clue if he still is.

Joe Niekro being caught with a file in his back pocket while on the mound by umpire Steve Palermo during the 1987 season.

what about the play at Wrigley field when they had two baseballs in play when the umpire inadvertenly gave another ball to the catcher while the other ball was still in play.

Cardnials pitcher Joaquín Andújar got hit below the kneecap in a World Series game by a line shot a half enning after a you make the call TV spot shows him getting his on his foot. I still remember calling him hobbling Andújar.

Probably more than 25 years ago, but a game was held up in Cincinatti because of bees. Millions of them swarmed onto the end of the Reds dugout.

And what about when umpire John McSherry had a heart attack and died during the first inning of Opening Day 1996?

How about Larry Walker… where he caught a fly ball in the right field and then gave it to a kid in the stands thinking the inning was over when in fact there was only two outs.  He had to get the ball back from the kid.

There was a game at Shea a few years ago against the Braves when a ball was hit to left and struck a bird. I can still see the look on Kevin McReynolds face.

Probably the worst list ever.  Was this written by a 13-year old?  How does Manny Ramirez make the list 3 times?  Just plain awful.

No Chan Ho Park dropkick?
And Aaron Rowand broke his nose on a steel bar above the chain link fence.

Oakland was pitching to Micky Mantle of the yanks and at the 3 and 2 count tennance holds his glove out like an intentional walk and the pitcher throws a strike to retire mickey.

what about sean casey getting thrown out at first by the left fielder
