Daniel Gibson was hot as a pistol Thursday night, lighting up the Charlotte Bobcats for 25 points off the bench in Cleveland’s 96-79 win.

This is exactly what the Cavs need if they’re gonna be a contender in the Eastern Conference. Mo Williams was picked up from the Bucks in the offseason, mainly because Gibson hadn’t proven himself as an everyday shooter in the league yet.

That surely hasn’t been proven yet, but for at least one night, Boobie was everything Cleveland needed him to be.
