Brandon Roy

We have a candidate for Shot of the Year already!
With just 0.8 seconds left on teh clock and down by one point at home in overtime to the Rockets, Brandon Roy took the inbound pass 35 feet from the basket, moving in the wrong direction and having to spin incorrectly to get himself free to fire off a desperation shot for the win.
Somehow, he was able to do that very thing in the time allotted, getting the shot off beautifully, basically scraping the rooftops with the trajectory of it, and watching it fall through nothing but the nylon.
Final score: 101-99 Blazers. Cue the crowd.
Miracle No. 1 of this NBA season. MAD LOVE going out to Brandon Roy. Thanks for the moment.
