Lakers/Spurs set for Game 1

It’s time for the Western Conference to get their thing started tonight, as the East got things underway Tuesday.

I know the Lakers got a few extra days off while the Spurs were battling with New Orleans, but to give the Lake Show a 7.5-point advantge in this one?

I don’t know about that! These ARE the defending champions here, people.

Some people failed to remember that in Game 7, and they exerted their dominance over the Hornets when most thought they wouldn’t.

I can’t see them getting blown out, even in a game where you know the Los Angeles home crowd wil be ready to rock the place.

It’s rare when I choose a road team in this playoffs, but two of the three times I’ve done it, it’s been the Spurs. I’m 2-0 doing it so far. Let’s roll the dice again.
