N.C. State

So, I have a little tale about a football team.
This team intercepted four passes and forced a fumble, three of which happened in the first half alone.
This team’s star back ran for 101 yards on the ground.
This team sacked the opposing quarterback five times.
How much did they win by, you ask?
Well, none actually. They lost 34-0.
That was the tale of the Wolfpack of N.C. State in their opening game loss to South Carolina on Thursday night.
The defense looked strong all night long, allowing just three points in the first half and forcing USC’s QB into several mistakes.
However, the offense was an absolute disaster. They completed just five passes on the night and threw for just 49 yards with two interceptions.
Not the way you want to open the season, especially with Clemson coming up in two weeks and South Florida two weeks after that.
Here’s some TOUGH LOVE coming your way, boys. Time to take this up a notch .... please, for all of us.

I thought this was a good topic for you Mad Love. Has a team ever intercepted 4 passes and lost by 34?
